  • Assistance with court and eviction proceedings in the unfortunate event of non-payment from tenants. As part of the Rent On Time service, Jordan and Halstead will cover any and all legal fees resulting from having to take a tenant to court, and will continue to pay landlords rent in full during this time.
  • Your own designated property manager to act as a point of contact for any and all enquiries or issues with the property.
