Rent on Time

Rent on Time is a service unique to Jordan and Halstead. Chasing rent, and getting paid late, or not at all, by tenants is one of the most difficult issues to navigate as a landlord. When you let your property out with Jordan and Halstead you are paid by us, on time, every month. We deal with the late payers for you, and continue to pay you until the point of vacant possession, even if this is after the tenancy end date. We are also responsible for taking tenants to court if required, with all legal fees being paid for by us, meaning you can relax and know that you will always get your money in the bank!

 

Our Rent On Time service ensures that landlords have:

Income security, as your monthly rental payments are safeguarded and guaranteed by Jordan & Halstead.

Tenants that are fully checked and referenced, to reduce the likelihood of tenants having issues paying rent on time every month.

Full rental income even if issues with tenants do arise, as Rent on Time covers you all the way through the eviction process, until the point of vacant possession.

Financial security in the case of legal proceedings, as we will not only continue to pay rent to landlords, but also to cover any legal expenses that are incurred as part of the eviction process or court proceedings.

At Jordan and Halstead, we don’t offer insurance advice or recommend certain policies to our landlords, and alternative insurance policies can be easily organised by you.

When applying with Let Alliance, there are no paper application forms and you will receive confirmation directly from about the new insurance policy, making it a quick and simple process.
