Chief Executive
Andy Halstead is the owner of Jordan and Halstead and also Founder & CEO of Let Alliance, the fastest growing specialist provider of tenant referencing and rent guarantee in the UK.
Previously, Andy was Business Development Director at Towergate Partnership and Sales & Marketing Director of Towergate’s subsidiary Paymentshield.
Prior to this, he was Chief Executive of Erinaceous Insurance Services (now Barbon) and Group Sales & Marketing Director of Erinaceous Group Plc. Andy has over 25 years of management experience within the retail financial services and residential property investment market, overseeing growth and acquisitions across several companies.

Managing Director
Starting his career as a school leaver, Jordan was a successful trainee negotiator working for Jordan’s Residential Lettings, a 6 branch letting agent business. In 2009 Jordan acquired the Chester branch of Jordan’s residential lettings and rebranded it as Jordan And Halstead and from then the business has gone from strength to strength. JH local and JH National now manage over 1000 properties and is one of the leading sales agents. In 2011 Jordan co-founded Rent on time Ltd which served letting agents up and down the country providing guaranteed rent collection and this company was sold in 2017 although the service remains one of the companies usp’s. Now Jordan’s main focus is the growth of the JH brands and for JH Local to be the leading Estate agent in the north west and plan to open several branches over the next 3 years. Jordan believes in world class customer service and has a core belief of trying to help others at all times.

Operations Manager
With over eight years of administrative experience Chloe brings a wealth of organisation to the JH Team. Chloe has come from a property background with previous roles as a paralegal in a Cardiff law firm for three years and prior to that PA to five directors in a property management business. Whilst being responsible for all management and administration requirements of the director’s, Chloe assists with day to day running of all offices and heads up the recruitment process.

Finance Manager
After more than 10 years in a finance department at a holiday let company, Bex joined the team in 2017 acting as Finance Administrator for Rent on Time. Bex continues to manage all aspects of finance across the JH group from payroll to landlord/investor payments. Bex’s love for the job is driven on all finances and records being managed to the penny and ensuring customers are paid on time every time. This challenge is made easier working with a close, hardworking and friendly team. Bex takes great pride in her achievements as a “Games Maker” for the London Olympics in 2012 and is now focusing on her studies to become a fully qualified accountant.

Senior Property Manager
Sara is JH’s longest standing member of the team and has worked in the letting industry for over 20 years. Sara manages the JH local portfolio in Chester, Wrexham and surrounding areas. Sara supplies a top service to Landlords and tenants ensuring that properties are safe and issues are resolved quickly and knows most of our customers on first name terms. Sara manages JH locals approved contractor data base, ensuring that landlords receive the best standard of repairs and renovation at the most competitive prices. Outside of work Sara spends time with her family and two dogs, attends regular Zumba classes, and fits in as many holidays to Ibiza as possible.

National Property Manager
Stephanie has recently joined the JH National Team bringing a wealth of customer service and organisation skills from a fast pace career in sales and data reporting. Moving home can have its stresses so Stephanie is focused on ensuring the tenants experience is second to none, from the application stage, right through to the move in.

National Lettings Administrator
In 2018 I moved back to Chester, which was my university city and have found a new home at JH national. I have enjoyed applying my existing administrative skills in my current role and expanding my knowledge in lettings and property management. I have spent a number of years in a fast paced customer service role which made JH National the ideal place to develop my career. When I’m not in work I enjoy socialising and bringing my dance degree to the dance floor. This is an exciting time to have joined JH. I look forward growing with the National team.

Branch Manager, Wilmslow
Cameron is the Sales Manager here at JH Local Chester. Cameron offers an enthusiastic and professional approach and feels there’s never the same day twice in this role, one day he can be out on back to back valuations whilst other’s he can be liaising with current clients ensuring that we are always keeping our service levels to an optimum whilst achieving results swiftly.
Outside of work, Cameron enjoys outdoor activities with friends as well as being a member of the local rugby team.

I joined William Gleave in May 2013 as a trainee sales negotiator and progressed to valuer and now branch manager. I have good knowledge of the local area having lived in Buckley and the surrounding areas and enjoy meeting new people on a day to day basis and pride myself on being honest and providing the best possible service to our clients.
Outside of work I enjoy playing golf, watching football and spending time with friends and family and the occasional few beers!

Jill joined William Gleave in 2019 having spent over 22 years working for both corporate and independent estate agents across Cheshire, Wirral and North Wales. She has in depth knowledge of the property market and thoroughly enjoys helping all clients achieve their dream of either selling, buying, letting or renting a property. She is conscious of always providing the highest level of customer service and keeps all clients updated on a regular basis, believing that communication is the key to doing a job thoroughly.
Her calming manner and organisational skills help contribute to the smooth running of the office, whilst her coffee making for clients is legendary!
Outside of work Jill enjoys horse riding, dog walking, music festivals and trying out new flavoured gins.
